AQA has arranged a contract with Parcelforce that enables us to track and trace any parcel and it also means that you, as a school or centre, will not have to pay for the postage incurred. The procedure is as follows:

1. You must telephone 0800 88 44 22 on the day of the test to arrange a collection for the next working day (Monday to Friday). Telephone lines are open from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.

2. All test materials (used and unused) must be returned to AQA, except the computer-based Mathematics booklets. These are for students' rough work only.

3. Please make sure your centre label is stuck on the return envelope and that you have indicated the number of papers you are returning.

4. The Call Centre operator will need to know:

  • our Parcelforce Contract Number which is R710228 (24 hours);
  • the number of parcels you are despatching;
  • that the return address is AQA, Devas Street, Manchester, M15 6EX;
  • that you require a return label.

    5. Parcels must be available for collection on the specified day throughout the period 9am to 4pm. Please ensure that staff involved in the despatch of materials (reception staff etc.) are aware of these procedures.

    6. On the very rare occasions that collections may not be possible on the requested day, the Operator will provide you with an alternative date for collection.

    7. When Parcelforce come to collect your parcels they will hand you a bar-coded section of the label. Stick this label onto the receipt you will be given and retain for two months after the test session. You will be able to track the parcel by telephoning 0800 88 44 22 or through the Parcelforce website at http://www.parcelforce.com. You will need to have your 14-character reference number ready which you will find on your label.

If you have any queries relating to this service please contact Parcelforce on 0800 8844 22 or the AQA helpline on 08700 101 798.
