16.1 - Depatch of certificates

Certificates for students who achieved a pass, merit or distinction in any of the World Class Tests will be despatched to schools and centres the week after results are made available; see the Schedule of World Class Test activities (Appendix A) for dates. The certificates will be sent by normal first class postal service.

16.2 - Request for certificate re-print

If there is an error on a certificate you receive, please return the certificate to

along with a letter explaining the error. Please note that if the student's details were incorrect, there will be a £5 charge for a re-print. A cheque for this amount, payable to AQA, should accompany the explanatory letter.
