12.1 - Parcelforce service for schools and centres in the UK

All World Class Test materials are despatched to, and returned from, schools and centres using Parcelforce 24 hour service.

AQA has arranged a contract with Parcelforce that enables us to track and trace any parcel and it also means that you, as a school or centre, will not have to pay for the postage incurred. The procedure is outlined in Appendix H.

A copy of the Parcelforce return procedures will be included in the despatch of test materials to your school or centre.

12.2 - DHL Worldwide Express for schools and centres abroad

AQA has arranged a contract with DHL Worldwide Express for international deliveries and returns. Parcels may be tracked and traced through their website on www.dhl.com. It also means that you, as a school or centre, will not have to pay for the postage incurred. Return instructions, specific to your country, will be included in the despatch of material from AQA.
